Who We Are
Goldrose Sharpe is a property developing company with a combined 20 years of property investing and development experience within the UK. Formerly Sharpe Developments Ltd and Goldrose Investments Ltd, the two companies decided to merge in 2020 after many years of completing joint venture projects together.
Goldrose Sharpe now focuses on medium to large scale new build development projects in and around the London area. With our in-house team of architects, designers and builders we manage every stage of every project which results in each development having a quick turnaround whilst at the same time maintaining the highest quality.
By incorporating innovative designs with efficient construction methods, each development is built to a high standard. From family homes to multiple flats, each project is meticulously crafted to give an enduring and desirable finish.
Meet the Directors
Paresh Chandegra
Paresh has over 20 years of experience working on residential projects and developments and has overseen the design and delivery of numerous successful projects and schemes within London. He started his career as a developer more than 10 years ago, originally focusing on London townhouses. Over the past five years he has shifted his focus on larger new build developments where he has a clear understanding of the residential development market and understands the key to unlocking sites to their full potential to maximise value and deliver successful buildings to market. Paresh is also a qualified RIBA & ARB architect.
Daniel Goldsmith
Daniel has over 10 years experience in property investment and finance. Starting with his first investment at age 20 he has since gone on to manage an international portfolio of over 100 residential and commercial buy-to-let properties. During this time he also spent several years working for a financial services firm and co-founding a number of start-up businesses. Daniel’s entrepreneurial spirit and in-depth knowledge of finance and business development enables him to take an active role in every aspect of the business and he continues to focus on generating high quality deal flow.
